Pherform FST was created out of a necessity to develop a proven training system, specifically designed towards the female body. Due to anatomical, physiological and hormonal differences between males and females – a unique understanding of the change responses to exercise (for women) was lacking from the fitness industry for a long time.

Until now….. We applied decades of research with some of the world’s leading exercise scientists, and developed a specialised system that perfectly aligns with the differences in response of training in a female body.

The four training modalities that make up FST and our unique programming at Pherform are:

  • Metabolic Conditioning
  • Hypertrophy
  • Strength & Power Training
  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

“Hypertrophy”…. “Metabolic Conditioning”? Despite their funny names, a lot of people don’t actually know what they mean!
